C&G Building Contractors are committed to doing everything possible to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all our employees, sub-contractors, clients and members of the general public.
We employ ‘McQuillan Health & Safety Risk Management’ who acts as are our Health and Safety consultants. They visit our sites, organise training and keep us informed of any changes in legislation.
In addition, we run regular courses on various aspects of building work such as manual handling, abrasive wheels, excavation and dumper plant etc.
Monthly site inspections are carried out by an external auditor on any potentially high risk projects to ensure that we have all systems in place and all our site supervisors are encouraged to carry out group toolbox talks on a monthly basis and to record the topics covered.
