Residential House Extension & Refurbishment
Project Scope
C&G Building Contractors were approached by a residential customer in Hayling Island, Hampshire to extend and refurbish their family home to expand both floors and have better access to the garden.
The project was completed to the highest quality internally and in perfect keeping with the existing exterior of the property.
The new open-plan kitchen and dining area are now the focus of the house and the customer was delighted with the quality of the finish.
Local bespoke windows and door manufactures we used as well as local and recycled materials sourced where possible.
The project was successfully completed on budget in the spring of 2011.
Full refurbishment of domestic house including:
- Rear and side extensions incorporating washroom, office and kitchen
- Bedrooms and en-suites on first floor
- Hand crafted bespoke kitchen with granite surfaces
- Under floor heating system
- Full replacement Hardwood windows and bi-fold doors
- Patios and steps
- Garden landscaping
