Bungalow conversion making headway
Plastering is now under way at a conversion project in the village of Clanfield in Hampshire. The property has undergone extensive re-development by the C&G team. The next phase includes the installation of the kitchen, bathrooms and cloakroom by our qualified carpenters. Project completion is anticipated for March 2012. C&G wins contract for school washroom refurbishment
C&G have secured a second washroom contract with at Kingscourt School in Catherington, Waterlooville following the successful completion of a washroom installation. The project involves ripping out existing washroom facilities and refurbishing with a new children’s cubicle system, sanitary ware, non-slip vinyl flooring, vanity units, wall tiles, lighting, fixtures and fittings. Industrial refurbishment completed

Industrial unit refurbishment nearing completion
The non-slip epoxy resin floor work is now being laid to an industrial unit in Bordon, Hampshire in the final stages of this refurbishment project on behalf of East Hampshire District Council. The power float concrete floor is shot blasted before it is primed and covered with two coats of non-slip epoxy paint.
Industrial unit phase 1 ripout completed
The first phase of a factory refurbishment job on behalf of East Hampshire District Council has been completed. The unit was stripped of all fixtures, fittings, electrics, plumbing, partitions and mezzanine. We are now starting to re-instate a new electrical system throughout and redecorate all the walls, doors, windows and safety bollards. The floor will be shot blasted, primed and painted with a non-slip epoxy paint.
Underfloor heating installed
C&G Building Contractors are nearing completion of a residential refurbishment on Hayling Island, Hampshire. The works have included the renovation and extension of a 1950s property. Covers Golf Day
Keith and Andy took part in the Covers sponsored golf tournament at Wickham Park Golf Club on Friday 16th September. The day was a great success. Playing alongside IB Electrical the C&G/IB team romped home to take first prize in the team event. Keep your eyes peeled for the first C&G Open coming in spring 2012.
