Loft Conversions

Why go through the stress and cost of moving house or building a traditional home extension when a loft conversion could provide the most cost effective method of extending your home. We have many years of experience in converting attics to rooms with excellent results in our loft and attic conversion services.

Garage Conversions & Garage Extensions

C&G Building Contractors provide garage conversion services amongst their portfolio of building services. A garage conversion does not involve a change of use as such and UK Building Regulations will therefore only apply to the structural alterations involved and to any other building controlled works for example drainage.

Barn Conversions

C&G Building Contractors provide barn conversions and builds. We can provide all the building services to complete the major structural alterations to comply with the modern day regulations and to meet insulation standards. We also provide complete roofing builds as normally the existing agricultural roof will not meet either the modern day insulation requirements or the structural stability standards.

Renovations

At C&G Building Contractors we understand the special problems and pitfalls of period properties with their very different forms of construction. Our experience and discerning eye for detail helps choose the perfect bricks, doors, fireplaces, cornicing and so on for your period property.
