An industrial unit refurbishment in Bordon, Hampshire has now been completed on time and on budget. The unit was completely stripped out of all fixtures and fittings including a mezzanine floor, office partitioning and suspended ceilings.
We refurbished the existing power floated concrete floor with a new epoxy resin flooring system able to take medium to heavy foot and forklift traffic. New ceiling hung strip lights were installed and all electrics were tested and certified. The unit was painted inside and out and holes in the roof were sealed.
The unit has been handed back to East Hampshire District Council ready for letting.
