C&G were back to school carrying out the refurbishment of The Children’s Learning Centre in Emsworth.
C&G have completed a programme of nursery refurbishment works for a pre-school in Emsworth, Hampshire. Careful planning enabled works to be carried out during operational hours. Temporary partitions were erected in the working areas ensuring disruption and noise were kept to a minimal level and the day-to-day running of the school could continue in safety.
Works carried out included:
- Refurbishment of washrooms with new cubicle system, flooring, sanitary ware and tiling.
- Replacement of existing roof tiles and lead work.
- Replacement of existing sash windows with uPVC double-glazed windows.
- High level render repair and decoration.
- Refurbishment and extension of existing heating system including new boiler.
