Josie’s is a family-run group of independent coffee shops with seven locations across Hampshire, known for their speciality coffee, all-day breakfasts, and brunch. C&G Building Contractors were appointed to deliver the refurbishment of their Grade II listed café in the centre of Wickham Square.
The project involved a comprehensive programme of refurbishment works, including plumbing, roofing, carpentry, decorating, and general upgrades throughout the property. Working in collaboration with TEKNE for the duration of the project, our team carefully restored and revitalised the character of this beautiful historic building, blending modern functionality with the charm and heritage of the original space.
