C&G win a contract to refurbish a hostel at Park Farm in Lagness, West Sussex.
Working alongside Winkle-Bottom Chartered Surveyors, C&G are undertaking a hostel refurbishment on behalf of Langmead Estates. Working to a 12 week programme, the schedule of works will include:
- Strip out and replace existing washrooms.
- Refurbishment of communal areas.
- Opening up works.
- Internal and external decorations.
- Structural investigation works.
- Replacing existing floor finishes.
- Installation on new heating systems.
- Servicing rainwater systems.
- Electrical installations.
The hostel is due for completion in March 2017 when it will be ready for re-occupancy.
