C&G Building Contractors have started a fast-track workshop refurbishment project for Ineos at their Clayhill site in Lyndhurst, Hampshire. The project will transform a dilapidated industrial unit into a modern state-of-the-art workshop and office facility ready for use. Working alongside Havant based designers PWP Architects, C&G are working to a 12 week programme which includes:
- Decommissioning of existing M&E installation
- Internal demolitions
- Strip out existing internal linings
- Repairs to roof and rainwater goods
- New concrete floor
- Wall and ceiling linings
- New M&E throughout including new plant room
- Internal and external doors
- Office and kitchen installations
- Decorations throughout
