Project Scope
Working alongside Ralph Elliott Building Consultancy, C&G were engaged to carry out a range of external enabling works to facilitate the replacement of a pre-school building at Valley Preschool. The existing dilapidated modular building made way for a new pre-fabricated modular building off-site by Modulek. The C&G team ensured all elements of the works were delivered in a timely manner helping to ensure the prompt reopening of the preschool.
Schedule of Works
- Removal of all external fittings and loose items.
- Removal of Tiger Mulch external play area safety flooring.
- Installation of new below ground storm water drainage.
- Installation of non-slip level access deck with access ramp.
- Replacement of existing fencing.
- Soft landscaping to suit new design.
