Project Scope
C&G Building Contractors were approached to undertake nursery school refurbishment works at The Children’s Learning Centre in Emsworth, Hampshire. With a carefully phased programme of works the project was able to be carried out during operational hours. All the necessary safeguards were implemented to maintain a safe environment for the students, staff and visitors alike.
Schedule of Works
- Refurbishment of existing washrooms.
- Replacement of the existing windows with new UPVC double glazed windows.
- Repairs to the main roof included valleys and lead work.
- External high-level rendering and redecoration.
- Replacement of the existing heating system.
