Project Scope
G&G were appointed by project managers Rekan to undertake the refurbishment of a Subaru car showroom located at the Quarry Lane Industrial Estate in Chichester, West Sussex. The aim of the project was to refurbish both the interior and exterior of this new Subaru dealership with the company look ready for occupation. The project was undertaken using a combination of C&G’s own operatives and specialist sub-contractors.
Schedule of Works
- External cladding decoration with specialist paint system
- Replacement of external parking bollards
- Tarmacadam installations and repairs
- Removal of internal blockwork walls to create an open plan office space
- Installation of new internal wall linings
- New aluminium curtain walling to front and rear of the showroom
- Installation of a new external aluminium window to office area
- Isolated areas of tiling to match existing
- New suspended ceiling and lighting to office area
- Internal decorations and signage
