Handover of new flats
C&G Building Contractors have handed over two, one bedroom flats as part of the Twisted Pair development. The flats were decorated, carpeted and cleaned last week ready for tennants to move in. The flats have been kitted out with charming bathroom suites and kitchens by our team.

Groundworks and driveway completed
Groundworks to the rear of the Twisted Pair headquarters in Widley, Hampshire have been carried out and completed. The works included laying storm water drainage finished with a concreted driveway providing parking for up to 4 vehicles aswell as footings for the soon to be built bike shed and bin store. We have also incorporated an eco-drain system to ensure the clearance of any surface water.
Plastering completed on new build house
All plastering work at one of our new build projects in Cowplain, Waterlooville has been carried out and completed by Hardy Plastering. Now ready for decoration the Hardy plastering boys have once again done a fantastic job and have finished to their usual high standard.
Commercial office completion on behalf of Twisted Pair
Swanky new offices are about to be completed at London Road Widley on behalf of Twisted Pair. Twisted Pairs new bespoke Head office is nearing completion with only the final finishes being put inplace for the Grand opening on the 2nd April. C&G are now recognised installers of Robust Detail E-FC-4
Site training was undertaken on the 9th Feb by Tom Oddy of Thermal Economics. C&G Site Operatives Mr C Borrows and Mr A Mcginty were thoroughly versed in both the technical and practical installation of the ISO rubber product. A big thanks to Tom for being patient with our guys!
Grand opening of public toilets in Selborne, Hampshire
Keith Hellyer, one of C&G Building Contractors’ directors was happy to attend the official opening of the public toilet block in Selborne, Hampshire. Also attending were representatives from East Hampshire District Council and the land lady of the local pub, the ceremony was a great success and featured in the local press.
