Project Scope
G&G Building Contractors were approached by a private developer to construct a new build house in Havant, Hampshire. The end-of-terrace house was designed to compliment the existing neighbouring properties whilst encompassing an extended rear aspect giving the property a larger floor space for the location. The project took 20 weeks to complete and was delivered to the client on time and on budget.
Schedule of Works
- Groundworks including strip foundations and beam and block floor.
- Service connections.
- Structural steelwork.
- Traditional brick and block cavity walls.
- Truss roof and flat roof to rear lounge/diner area.
- Design and installation of mechanical and electrical services.
- UPVC double glazed windows and doors throughout.
- Hard and soft landscaping including lawns, fencing and pavings.
