Project Scope
C&G Building Contractors won an office refurbishment bid at Kongsberg Maritime in Hamble-Le-Rice, Hampshire. This turnkey project took just 4 weeks to deliver and included the reconfiguration of the existing offices and workshop to accommodate Kongsberg Maritime’s requirements.
Schedule of Works
- Strip out of redundant partitions and ceilings.
- Installation of blockwork partitions.
- Installation of air conditioning system.
- New stud walling in workshop and loading bay areas.
- Reconfiguration and extension of existing suspended ceilings.
- Installation of office partitions and fire doors.
- Decorations throughout.
